The company's safety management system complies with the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and Pollution Prevention (ISM Code). Over the years, we have seen an increase in responsibility, particularly with regard to the Caspian Sea environment. Since the establishment of Caspian Sea Support in 2012, the founders have become leaders in fulfilling these obligations and have received ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. The company's management team received training from Oil Spill Response Limited.
Our employees regularly undergo training in health and safety, industrial safety, BOSIET, oil spill response, and fleet management, including internships with leading shipping companies. We also support our employees in participating in marine life rescue courses, such as Caspian seal and sturgeon rescue. We believe that our development is based on maintaining health, safety, and environmental protection in accordance with international standards.
